Please read the sale/promotion disclaimers to see what items are included on the promotion of the day. Promotions are only available for that day. If you place an order and a better promotion pops up we cannot refund or match price. You would need to cancel your order and place the order with the current promotion. Exchanges and returns are subject to price adjustments. If you are exchanging for a higher priced item, please request store credit or a refund. Items no longer available for exchange will be given store credit or a refund.
Pre-Sale items, and Apparel do not qualify for any holiday promotions, sales or discounts. Items are not ready to ship. Expected ship date is December 17th. Not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. If you are ordering non-presale items and want those delivered by Christmas please order separately.
All orders made by December 19th are guaranteed shipment by December 20th. We are not responsible for delays due to USPS shipping delays. This guarantee is on: holsters, c-ammo pj's, kydex holsters, and size extenders not marked as pre-sale.
Items listed as pre-sale are expected to start shipping by December 15th, however this date is not guaranteed.
Hats, shirts, hoodies are all handled and shipped from a 3rd party vendor. Dene Adams has no control on guaranteed shipment or delivery dates for these items.
Orders containing our warehouse items and our 3rd party vendor items will come in separate shipments.
Holiday Return Policy:
Orders shipped between November 15th and December 20th, may be returned until January 31st, for a refund or exchange. Any exchanges that arrive after January 31st are only subject to store credit or will be denied a return or exchange. The product is still subject to the requirements for return. All hang tags, size tags must be attached to the product and returned with packaging.

Defective Shirts, Hats, Hoodies (3rd party vendor item)
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
