Group Training with Anna Taylor- Refund, Cancellation & Bad Weather Policy

REFUND, CANCELLATION, OR BAD WEATHER POLICY

REFUNDS: If you need to cancel a class more than thirty (30) days before your scheduled class date, you may cancel and request a refund of the purchase price, less 50% of the class price paid. Classes cannot be cancelled less than thirty (30) days before your scheduled class date. Exceptions to these policies may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Business Director of the Dene Adams Ranch, and must be put in writing. Dene Adams reserves the right to change or amend these policies at any time.

No refunds on Guest Instructor courses, no exceptions.

CANCELLATION: Up to (10) guests can attend at once with a minimum of (8). If one person from the party cancels, it will be the responsibility of the group to fill any spots that are short the (8) minimum. If a group cannot fill the space, than guests will have the option of transferring to an alternate date or class subject to availability. If group cannot fill the space, and an alternate weekend is not available, guests can request a refund less 50% up to (25) days before your scheduled class.

BAD WEATHER: If it rains we will train as scheduled. In the event of lightning or tornado warning, we will move indoors until the storm passes or move to a local indoor range. Based on range availability.
