Dene Adams® Holsters Collections

Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove any tag. If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise we want you to exchange it or return it, as long as it is in resalable condition and meets our requirements below.

Any items sent back without hang tag attached and are granted returns will only receive store credit. Refunds are not given on items that do not have the hang tag attached to the item. 

Remember that the holsters are shapewear. The holsters will have normal wear and tear, just like any other lingerie. Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully as Dene Adams® does not allow exchanges or give refunds due to miss-washing of products. Please note that normal wear and tear or improper care are not covered in our return policy. 


On all exchanges or returns: Any exchange or return received past the return date allowed will not be given a refund. If the item is in resaleable condition with tags attached, the late return will be allowed to exchange for product of same value or will be given store credit only, at the discretion of Dene Adams®. 

Orders without receipt or proof of purchase are only granted store credit. 

If an order comes back in sell-able condition but takes a little extra TLC to get ready, then there will be a $10 service charge. This can include hang tags missing or not attached, size tags cut out, animal hair on the holster, deodorant or makeup spots, or comes back with a strong odor of laundry spray.  

Dene Adams® has the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the return does not meet our requirements.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return meets our requirements we will initiate the return. You will only be notified when your exchange has been received in our facility and if there will be a delay in sending out your exchange. Once your exchange is shipped, an email will be sent with your tracking information. 

Once your shipment for exchange shows delivered to our warehouse, it can take 5 business days before we inspect and start the process for exchange or refund. 

If you are exchanging for an item of greater value please send back your order for a refund and then place your new order. If we receive an exchange for an item of greater value we will refund the order.

Please ensure that when you are trying it on, you attach the Velcro pieces accordingly. If not, snags can occur on the garment. If the holster comes back with snags due to lack of care from the Velcro pieces, your exchange or refund can be denied.

In the case that the item is not accepted, it will be returned to you with a note stating the reason for the decline. 

Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase. If you have been given a grace period to exchange past the 30 days, your card will not be refunded, but you will be given store credit that is good for 12 months.  In the event that the style being exchanged is no longer available, a product of equal value may be ordered.

If you used a gift card for your purchase, refunds are given back through a Dene Adams® gift card. If you used a gift card and credit card, you will be refunded the entire amount of the gift card back to the original gift card used and any remainder spent on your credit card will be refunded to the card used. 

Special Offers, Promotions, Sales are subject to price adjustments on refunds due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Free shipping on items over $130+ are also subject to adjustments on your returns. 

Free Gift with Order: Exchanges must be within the same promotion or it is subject to price adjustments. Orders sent back for refunds MUST have the free gift with it or the refund is subject to price adjustment based on the retail value of the free gift. 

Online purchases made through deneadams.com are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date if the item is resalable. The tags MUST be attached. If you received the Universal Trigger Guard with the corset, the Universal Trigger Guard must be returned with the exchange or return. The Universal Trigger Guard must be new and in packaging. It must not have the industrial strength loop added. If the industrial strength loop has been added to the guard, the UTG will be sent back to you with your exchange. If you were requesting a refund and the Universal Trigger Guard is not new, then your refund will be the cost of your item minus $15 for the cost of the Universal Trigger Guard. 

Once exchange is shipped back out, you have the same 30 days to return. Anything over the 30 days and you will only be given store credit. 

Online purchases made through deneadams.com are valid for exchange or refund within 7 days of the delivery date if the item is resalable. The tags MUST be attached on the active bra holsters, thigh holster shorts and the leggings for the exchange or refund to go through. Please wear undergarments when trying on the leggings and shorts. The Concealed Carry Leggings must be returned with the holster pouch. Returns that are missing the holster pouch will have a price adjustment on their exchange of $15. 

Once exchange is shipped back out, you have the same 7 days to return. Anything over the 7 days and you will only be given store credit or a chance to exchange for an item of same value. 

All Trigger Guards (Custom & Universal) can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. 
The Universal Trigger Guard Inserts can be returned for refund within 30 days of the ship date, if: 

  • You purchased the Universal Trigger Guard Insert separately.
  • You have NOT added the industrial strength loop.
  • You still have all the packaging.

Hats, shirts, hoodies are all handled and shipped from a 3rd party vendor. Dene Adams has no control on guaranteed shipment or delivery dates for these items. 

Orders containing our warehouse items and our 3rd party vendor items will come in separate shipments.  Exchanges and returns can be sent back to our warehouse (address at bottom of page). 

Defective Shirts, Hats, Hoodies (3rd party vendor item)

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Clearance/Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Items can be exchanged for a different size as long as a size is available in that category. If the item or size is no longer available, you have the option to keep the final sale item, or store credit will be issued. No refunds are given. The exchange must meet the requirements. 
Final sale purchases are valid for exchange within 7 days of the delivered date. 

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless item was received damaged, defective, or it was the wrong item(s). If it meets any of those please email support@deneadams.com and a return label will be emailed to you for your use. Exchanges and returns shipment is paid by the customer. 

If you receive your order and write "return to sender" on it, the shipping we pay once the item is received will be deducted from your refund/store credit. Keep in mind that writing "return to sender" can take up to 6 weeks for us to receive which would put you past the return policy and only allot you store credit. 

Dene Adams® warrants their holsters to the original owner, to be free from manufacturing defects and material workmanship for 3 months from the date of delivery. Should you feel you have a defect or repairable issue of the garment during normal use**, the holster can be returned to Dene Adams®. Our quality care expert will determine if it is a repairable issue or defect. If the item is repairable, it will be shipped back to you once the repair is done. If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided. A replacement is the same product in the same size. 

**Normal Use is l imited to daily wear, providing that the holster is laundered accordingly. Holsters subjected to extreme abuse including but not limited to negligent discharge, using the holster in any manner or with any firearm that goes against the Liability Disclaimers voids this warranty. To be determined by Dene Adams®.

If you try to alter the defect yourself, the warranty is considered void and will not be accepted. 

Follows the same return policy as online orders. See above. 
Proof of purchase is required to handle any exchanges or refunds. Receipts are texted or emailed to the customer (their choice). 

If you have received a gift that you would like to return or exchange, please ensure that you check the proper box on the front of the exchange and return form that came with the order. If it is an exchange, fill out the form and be sure to write the shipping address to send the exchange. If it is a refund, it will be credited back to the original form of payment or you can be sent store credit. If you would like store credit, please mark on the form that you would like store credit emailed to you and provide your email. Without an email we cannot issue the store credit. 

Holiday Return Policy: Items shipped between November 15th and December 20th, may be returned until January 31st, for a refund or exchange. Any exchanges that arrive after January 31st are only subject to store credit or will be denied a return or exchange. The product is still subject to the requirements for return. All hang tags, size tags must be attached to the product and returned with packaging. 


Digital Gift Cards are available in the following denominations:  $50, $100, $125, $150, $200. Digital Gift Cards never expire.

  • Digital Gift Cards are sent via e-mail to the recipient. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address or a nonexistent address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • We have the right to cancel Digital Gift Cards if obtained fraudulently.
  • Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the Digital Gift Card number during checkout. 
  • There is no shipping & handling charge for Digital Gift Cards. 
  • When merchandise is ordered along with Digital Gift Cards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the merchandise portion of the order - not the Digital Gift Cards.
  • Digital Gift Card purchases are not eligible for promotional discounts.
  • Merchandise returns by mail will be refunded in the form of a Dene Adams Digital Gift Card. 
  • Digital Gift Cards cannot be returned for cash value. 

Use of a Digital Gift Card card constitutes acceptance of the following terms. Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. This card is issued by Dene Adams LLC and is redeemable for merchandise only in the U.S.at deneadams.com unless otherwise required by applicable law. This card may not be used for payment on any credit card account, to purchase another Gift Card, or toward previously purchased merchandise. Treat this card as cash. If this code is lost, stolen or destroyed, Dene Adams® may replace it if you provide the order number. Replacement codes will be the value of the card at the time Dene Adams® receives your report of loss, theft or unauthorized use. This card carries no expiration date.

How to Submit an Exchange or Return


To submit a return to Dene Adams® please ensure your return meets our requirements, then follow the steps below. 

The Merchandise Return Form was provided in your package.

Please fill out all sections of the form. Be sure to include the order number, name, shipping address, email address, reason for exchange, the exchange request, and a note (if necessary) on the issue. Remember that just because you might have talked to someone at customer service does not mean that our shipping people will know what to do. We must have the form filled out completely to ensure a quick turnaround.

*If you are exchanging or returning a holster that has a Universal Trigger Guard/Pouch with it, that MUST BE returned with the holster. Otherwise your refund will be deducted $15. 

We recommend shipping Priority Mail so that your product is insured. Dene Adams® is not liable for lost returns that the customer sends unless the item was received by Dene Adams® and the customer can show shipment proof and tracking of delivered date. Dene Adams® is also not liable for delayed returns.
